and yes its the default female shepard from mass effect 1 & 2
with only some minor facial adjustments
i will also use the same appearance for shepard in mass effect 3!!

I admin a Facebook page called 'Mass Effect Female Shepard'...
A fan of our page recently contacted us to sing the praises of this piece of your work:
"I love this art,not sure who made it (this has been on the ME drive since 2011) but whoever did it really kept it simple in a way that is nice. One of those "less is more" simplicity's.."
From reading this you'll have worked out that sadly, they didn't know who you were at the time. We only don't add artwork to our page albums unless a) we know who did the piece, b) we have a link to the original to put in the caption. Since about 5 years ago, we also won't post anything without permission of that artists whose work we would be posting.
Luckily, whilst the fan who messaged us including your piece as an attachment did not know who you were at the time, it seems their friend used a Google gadget to find out who the real artist was: you.
I see you are on Facebook, but do you have a Facebook *page* we should share this piece from? If not, would you be willing to give us permission to post it to our albums? Alternatively if neither of these options suit you, we could always just share a link to your original here?
Either way, the fan who contacted us was very happy to have found you on DA now. I think he'll be checking out your recent works. I think you do some pretty cool stuff, and I also find it fascinating you used the *old* default for your piece. I loved her much more than the new one (arising from that pre-ME3 beauty contest) who looks about 18 yrs old!
Did you have a particular setting for this picture (context) in mind? My imagination paints the words 'practice makes perfect' as an alternative title, where this is a *not quite N7 yet* younger Shepard, who's got the look in her eye of a woman in pursuit of adventure and opportunity, determined to complete her training and prove herself out amongst the stars. It'd be interesting to know what made you paint her the way you have - in casuals, but holding a gun. Is she training? Was she cleaning her weapon and then ended up holding it like that because of a memory she recalled? What's the story?
